What type of medical insurance is acceptable?

We accept: Pacificare,
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicare, Private Healthcare Systems, and Molina.

What does medical insurance typically cover?

Generally speaking, but not in all cases, most medical insurance companies cover one silicone prosthesis every two years, two-six bras a year, foam forms every six months, and one custom prosthesis every two years. Please call us for further questions.

Is there a charge for the consultation?

There is NO CHARGE for your post-surgery consultation - where you will be evaluated and measured by a certified mastectomy fitter.
